What is VITALITY?

Vitality is the invisible force that permeates our lives. We experience it when we feel free and adventurous. We create it when we are active and alive. When we ride a bike down a park path let our feet up and coast with the wind in our face we feel this invisible force. When dive for a football in the end zone and feel the thrill of the catch we are victorious. When we our hanging for dear life as we climb up a rocky face of a cliff we are living on the edge. Vitality warms the hearts of those close to us and recharges us from the stresses of life. We are alive when we run on the beach in the hands of the one you love. Your vitality makes its way through your veins when the rush of blood pumps its life nourishing nutrients.

Our vitality is a source of power that we can make use of whenever we want. When we were young, there was no question how much of this invisible force permeated our lives. We played, we ran, we explored and discovered. Through age and the power of socialization, we have come to believe that this diminishes as we get older. We let our bodies adjust to the diminishing levels of vitality that we believe we have. Our strength weakens, our health declines, and our sense of youth diminishes because of this false belief. In fact, vitality knows no age. Vitality is an ever abundant source of power that we can use at any time to rejuvenate our existence. The feeling of youthfulness can be ours when we can breath in our vitality again.

Vitality belongs to you. Take it into your hands, breath it into your soul, feel it in your veins, and push it through your muscles. You are as alive now as you were the day you were born. Love yourself enough to have vitality for living.
